Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost. upon rebooking with us.
If you fail to show up to your appointment without letting us know beforehand you will be charged 100% of your service before rebooking with us.
If you are uphappy with your results due to a stylist error you can contact us within a week for a redo/ fix free of charge. Most blonding services are done over several appointments to keep your hairs integrity. Significant changes to the original service may require an additional charge for a redo. Redo services are limited to adjustments. We will do our best to make sure your expectations our met while realistically informing you on the process of your transformation, prioritizing your hairs health.
Our space is not designed to accommodate additional guests or children unless they are receiving a service. If you need to bring a child or guest with you, we kindly ask that you contact your stylist in advance. We will do our best to accommodate when possible.
